   Set required staffing

   Open Settings and set the required agent count for each channel and hour.

   Review coverage

   Return to Schedule. Coverage indicators compare scheduled assignments with the targets; red indicators flag gaps.

   Adjust before publishing

   Add or edit task assignments to improve coverage. Review any remaining warning when publishing.
