   Managers: coordinate the team

   Build and publish schedules, review requests, post open shifts, and manage team and company settings.

   Owners: oversee the workspace

   Owners have management access and can change the company name, timezone, and consecutive live-channel hour limit. Check your role beside your name in the header.
